Warm, Fun Weekend!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the weather we've had this weekend....AND the company too! :) Hugh and Carmen came yesterday, and we went to the "carriwhistle" (as Kadyn called it) and Dragon Hallow. Coy had so much fun just watching the carrousel go round and round, that I thought we might try a ride. And he sure loved it! :) Im not sure if it was actually the ride, or that he had a pole so close to him that he didn't have to reach to get his mouth on it. Ick! :) Trenton and Kadyn were such a big help in checking on the chickens and gathering their eggs, every few hours ;) It was perfect for baseball too! Hugh and Carmen also brought some of their studion equipment and took some really awesome pictures! Thank's guys for coming (finally...teehee) and making such a fun weekend!

The Hard Workin Farm Boy Song

As many of you know, Logan is (and was for a long time) on the Rosetta Stone ad, claiming "He was just a hard working famy boy. She was an Italian supermodel. He knew he only had one chance to impress her" The ad is in SkyMall, National Geographic, Popular Mechanics....I'm sure you've all seen it, it's everywhere.
Here is a cute song to go along with it :)

Coy's Reeseter Bunny...

Yes, it is Reeses and an easter bunny. No, he didn't eat it...but his parents did :)
We had a nice Sunday, with a good (but tiny) meeting, gorgeous weather, a delicious dinner at Ashley William's house, and finishing up the day with a long walk!
Did you know the "The Lorax" by Dr. Suess was banned in MN years ago? To find more of our favorite books that were once banned (like Alice in Wonderland! ??), and WHY go here. It's quite entertaining!

6 month stats

At Coy's well-check appt on Monday, he weighed

18 lbs 12 0z & is 26.5 inches long!

Pretty much like any baby/child....he likes anything that is NOT a toy. Especially a cell phone!!

This is where Coy was after protesting a nap. To start, he's at the foot of the bed, on his tummy. But as you can see, he eventually migrated and gave up. I thought it was so cute how he's holding the hand of his sleep sheep :)

Today Coy wore this cuuuute outfit from Great Grandma Pheifer. I was waiting for it to fit him, and now it does and I love it! So thank you again Grandma! :)

It was SUCH a nice day out today! When we got home from gospel meeting we went for a walk to the park. Logan said that he's not quite "park material" yet, because all he did was sleep in his stroller, and when he did wake up...was quite lazy. that picture of me is not at all flattering, but Coy looks quite pleasant!

p.s. right now...Coy is almost rolling from his back to his tummy. he's trying VERY hard...maybe a little more grunting will help?

the half birthay boy...

Coy was sittin up in his boppy and fell over, and eventually (somehow) got his feet stuck under the chair. He looks like he's about to crawl, with his butt up and all! :)

Our little bouncy man loves being in his bouncer!

Yummy Carrot!

Here is 6 month old Coy, with the half birthday present bull daddy got him!
