back pain- i had it SO bad that i could hardly move by 20 weeks... and that was without my job. i just kinda suffered through it cuz i knew there was nothing that would help- ask your midwife or chiro- at least you know it's from work. they might suggest a support belt or different shoes or something; i dunno! wish i could help you more! like i said, mine was almost debilitating, but after cole was born it went away for awhile. i remember our ultrasound- lying on my back was the worst position for me and then to be stuck there for over an hour... i seriously thought i was gonna pass out then... i still recommend asking your midwife or chiro, they'll know more what to suggest. and if it's any consolation, back pain to some extent is really normal during pregnancy.
Hi Elissa! I'm glad I found your blog! It's neat to know you're having a boy! We're so excited for you two (and your family too!) Life changes so fast. We are waiting for our new little boy to arrive any day now...I'm getting really excited! Take care and we hope to get to see pictures of your little guy after he's born (maybe get to see him in person too?)
Awww, Elissa. Your 1/2 way to holding your precious son! It's so amazing but it all goes SOOO fast.
I was reading Lindsay's comment. I agree talk to your midwife they may have some suggestions. But you can also try maybe a heated rice sock or heating pad that helped wonders for me. But everyone is different. I hope it helps. Oh the joys of pregnancy. But it's so worth it.

I love looking at your blog.
I love all of your thoughts and your anxious attitude! I know all of us moms out there can't wait for you to join "motherhood." We love all 3 of you!
