Lucky Little Man

This little boy is sooo lucky! He spent the weekend at Grandpa and Grandmas in Kalispell! He got them all to himself while Logan and I went to a hilarious play in Whitefish on Saturday night. He also spent the night at Gpa and Gma's ALL by himself Sunday night while we stayed at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake. (Soooo nice by the way, if you're looking for a little get-away!!) He loves them so much, and of course was very good for them. He got to hang out in the meat shop too! And Im pretty sure he WILL be a pig farmer...all he does there is snort and point to all the decor pigs in the house! :) So, the picture is of Coy and his Grandpa after Sunday morning meeting, still in their ties. Thank you Grandpa and Grandma for a wonderful weekend! Love you, miss you, and can't wait to see you next!

No more little car, no more nice truck. For a few years anyway... :)

Daddy is reading Coy a book about waiting for a baby sibling :)

Only 37 more days to go! Im thinking that at this point with this baby, I'm WAY more anxious for him to come than I was with Coy! It may be the no sleeping, back pain, etc...but I can't wait! Im looking for a new cute, cuddly "take home" outfit for this baby! So exciting!! :D

First Snow

Friday, Oct 9th, we got our first snow...and some of it's still here! Also, Saturday, with the windchill was EIGHT degrees! It's warming up, and supposed to be back to 50 by end of this week...but I have to say...Im NOT READY for winter this year! I can also say that I will be making a lot less useless trips into town with two babies and all the cold and snow! (not to mention the half hour drive there too)

But Coy was pretty interested in all that white stuff! He might enjoy playing in it this year! :)

We also had our 34 week appt with Jeanne yesterday, at the NEW Birth Center! It's going to be amazing! Can't wait to "use" it! Everything is still looking good, of course, and at our next appt in 2 weeks, we start checking for dilation! Has this gone by fast or what????

A Birthday Boy

In my frequent absence from blogland, I haven't posted pictures from Coy's party yet, but it's a Sunday afternoon, we've had our naps and it's not yet supper time, so nows the perfect time!
We had Coy's 1st birthday party on Oct 3rd, up at Gramma Marys house....and it was sooo fun!! We had family and close friends over and had playtime (visit time for adults), supper, cake and present opening. Coy did really really good especially for not having a nap at all that day.

And another good part? Auntie Sarah was here too!! She flew in for the weekend to play with Coy and start thinking about her move out here at the end of this month!! Were so excited to be getting her! She's going to live with us, and hopes to find a job soon! :)

When we set the cake in front of him, he immediately spied the tractor and said "Ooooo!"

Didn't care much for the cake, the frosting and tractor were the best part!

Sharing new toys and getting help from cousins was a good part of the day too!

365 days ago...

One year ago today, we layed quietly with a tiny bundle that we named Coy, not yet knowing how much love we would feel, or how much joy he could bring us. Not a day has gone by this past year that we have not smiled, giggle, or kissed this little boy.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR SWEET COY!

Coys 2nd best friend is his cow. He takes it everywhere with him, talks to him, kisses him too. We took him to the physical therapists office yesterday, and he got a little defensive when he was played with by someone else. In the picture here, they are watching the dryer go round and round together :)

And of course, Daddys is his very number one best friend.

Hopefully I fall in there somewhere too...;)

COY IS OFFICIALLY WALKING! He just gets up and goes! It's cute, because he's usually pretty proud of himself when he does that :)
